Where every call sheet reads like an adventure and every role is a story waiting to be told.

Who We Are

We’re a freelance casting company who believes casting should be a cocktail of strategic insight and electrifying discovery. Here, talent meets opportunity in a dance you didn't know you needed. Every audition is a new riff, every actor a fresh beat in the composition of film excellence.

Meet Jessica Sarah (Founder/Owner)

“I am a Chicago native who has been working professionally as a freelance casting director since 2021. Being part of the crew is what I’ve always been drawn to but the creative process, particularly, has always captured me. Casting allows me to have the best of both worlds. I’ve done crew work professionally for the last three years for smaller projects and events but whenever I’m sat in the audition room, I truly feel like I’m in my element. It’s an exhilarating feeling when I and the director are on the same page about the actors, especially at the callbacks when we’re at the final stretch!”

“I see myself as a gardener planting rare seeds whenever I come across undiscovered talent and love witnessing people blossom into their craft. It feels great to recognize an actor in a project and exclaim, “I remember them!” or “I gave them their first job!”
